About this item

PerfectaGel is Super Premium Leaf Gelatine made in Germany. It is the only Platinum Grade gelatine available in the US. It is unflavored and can be used in both sweet and savory dishes. Professional chefs prefer leaf/sheet gelatine because it makes a clearer product with purer flavor and is easier to use.

You can just count sheets rather than weighing out powder and there is no chance of undissolved granules. You can successfully substitute sheet gelatine for powdered gelatin in any recipe by using a rule of thumb of 1 sheet per 1/2 cup of liquid. PerfectaGel is made of 100% Grade "A" Collagen from Pork. And it is not appropriate for vegan, kosher or halal dishes.

Common questions

AUTHENTICITYIs this the maker's own product?

Yes. Every product is bought new in the USA from the brand or an established US grocer, and if one is ever found not to be genuine, we refund you in full.

DELIVERYHow long does delivery take?

3 to 4 days door to door for this item, including the time we take to place your order with the brand or retailer. Every parcel travels with a carrier tracking number.

PRICINGWhat does the price include?

Nothing is added at checkout: there is no shipping charge. Every price is for the whole package, never a cost per serving.

ALLERGENSWhere are the ingredients and allergens?

We show the ingredients and allergen statement the maker publishes. Recipes change, so the label on the package you receive always governs: read it before you open or eat anything.

RETURNSWhat if it arrives damaged or past its date?

Email photographs to hello@kitchenspread.com within 7 days of delivery and we refund the full amount or send a replacement at no cost. Food cannot be resold once delivered, so change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.
