Who we are

kitchenspread.com is operated by Cord4 Services Pvt Ltd, registered at 921 Binori bsquare 3, Sindhubhavan Marg, Ahmedabad 380059, Gujarat, India.

We are a direct seller, not a marketplace. When you place an order we buy the item new from the brand or an established US grocer on your behalf and take responsibility for delivery and support until it reaches your door.

Your account

You can browse and check out as a guest; an account is optional and simply keeps your orders in one place. Keep your sign-in method secure and your delivery details accurate.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If an item goes out of stock after you order, we refund you in full without delay.

Cancellations

You may cancel any order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, from Account → Orders. After that the item has usually been bought and dispatched; write to us and we will do what we can.

Pricing errors

If a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and fully refund the affected items before dispatch. We will always write to you and explain.

Ingredients and allergens

We show the ingredients and allergen statements the maker publishes. Recipes change, so the label on the package you receive always governs. If you have an allergy, read it before you open or eat anything.

Brands and their names

Brand names, logos and product photographs belong to their owners and appear here to describe the products we sell. Their presence does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
