Where we deliver
Everywhere in the United States, to the address you give at checkout.
What shipping costs
No shipping charge. Delivery is built into our prices.
When it arrives
Most orders arrive in 3 to 4 days, door to door, and the product page shows the exact dates for each item before you buy.
If yours has not arrived by the last day of its window (day 4), write to hello@kitchenspread.com and we refund you in full.
Tracking
Every parcel travels with a carrier tracking number, which we email you when it ships. An order of several items may arrive as more than one parcel, each with its own number.
How food travels
Most of what we sell is shelf stable. Fresh, frozen and chilled items ship from the grocer that sells them, packed the way that grocer ships them. Glass jars and bottles are packed by the maker or grocer to travel; if anything arrives broken, leaking or spoiled, or a package is past its best-before date, email us photographs within 7 days of delivery and we make it right.
Where things come from
Bought new in the USA from the brand or an established US grocer.
We place the order with the brand or grocer in your name, and it ships to you directly. That is why a parcel may carry the grocer's packaging.
