Guccione Follows A Traditional Artisanal Method Passed Along To The Third Generation In The Family.

The Olives Are Delicately Picked By Hand From The Secular Trees Characterized By Large Intertwined Trunks In The Chiaramonte Gulfi Valley. The Harvested Olives Are Processed Into Oil Within Hours From The Harvest In The Family Mill By Cold Extracting To Allow To Bring Out The Most Intense Flavor Of The Olives And The Highest Concentration Of Nutritional Benefits Inside The Olive Oil In Each Extraction Stage.
