Hi IM Susie And I Created These All-Natural High Omega-3 Breakfast Cookies After Writing A History Of The Omega-3 Fatty Acid Research: The Queen Of Fats -- Why Omega-3S Were Removed From The Western Diet And What We Can Do To Replace Them (University Of California Press 2006). I Wanted To Make Something That Would Be A Vegetarian Sustainable And Effective Way For My Family To Boost Their Omega-3S -- Those Heart-Healthy Quick Support Fats That Are Vital For Every Tissue And Cell In Our Body.

And I Wanted It To Be All Natural (Of Course!) And Super Satisfying And Delicious -- Something That Would Keep My Daughters (And Now Grandsons!) Going For Hours. I DidnT Know It Then But What I Wound Up Creating Is The Ultimate Convenience Food.

Susies Smart Breakfast Cookies Are A Great Breakfast To Go -- Or Anytime Snack. (They Are Also Wonderful For Lunch Along With A Cup Of Soup Or Yogurt.) Each Individually-Wrapped Cookie Has 8 Grams Of Protein And 20 Grams Of Whole Grains As Well As The 2 Grams Of Omega-3S. They Are Loaded With Oatmeal And Dried Apples And Other Fruits -- So They Will Really Keep You Going For Whatever Your Day Brings!

Because They Provide Such Perfect Portion Control They Even Help With Dieting! Please Give Them A Try And Let Me Know What You Think. Also -- Please Know That Our Breakfast Cookies Are Shipped Directly To You From Our Bakery Which Has The Highest Health And Safety Standards.
