The natural product is processed at temperatures similar to those found in the beehive, thus preserving important enzymes and flavours.

Through our Scrape & Separate method, components of the beebread and pollen are preserved along with their nutrients. This gives the honey a crystalline structure. The result: pure raw Manuka Honey with plenty of nutrients and a delicious taste. The honey is then tested for Methylglyoxal (MGO) content and certified according to the UMF standard.

Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) - This tests for a total of 9 ingredients to ensure potency and authenticity. With this process, we ensure the highest possible quality and unique taste. manuka manuka honey new zealand manuka honey manuka honey organic manuka honey medical grade
