It is a very versatile seasoning blend that will sure to become a favorite. Our low FODMAP diet seasonings add a burst of flavor to your low FODMAP food and low FODMAP snacks! Remember, always shake well before using. You do not need to be on the Low FODMAP Diet to enjoy any of our seasonings!
