Iodine has been linked to the prevention of thyroid problems. Caber, in collaboration with the Department of Food Science of the University of Bologna has developed a new technology that allows the constant presence - even after the opening of the jar - of iodine in this sea salt. Caber therefore guarantees the presence of Iodine in this product.
