Our StoryOur journey began with a simple concept: when you need a snack, you deserve delicious, nutrient-dense options that are good for you. We started experimenting with dehydrated Kale Chips and gradually made our move to become the superfoods snack innovator we are today. Our snacks are all good, not just less bad.

We hope youll try them all! Giving BackAt Rhythm Superfoods, we strive for balance and harmony in all things. A positive mind, eating right, and staying active can make all the difference when it comes to health and happiness. For us, giving back to our communities does good and feels good too!

Good from the StartWe source kale from a few regions in North America each season. We partner with kale growers to ensure we get the sweetest (least bitter) plants available. From Growth to HarvestWe purchase fresh, organic kale weekly! By the time it starts its long, low temperature dehydration process, our kale has been de-stemmed, washed three times.

From harvest to SnackfestRather than frying, we make our crunchy Kale Chips by tossing fresh kale leaves in our hand-crafted blend of ground organic seeds, veggies, juices, herbs and spices and dehydrating them under low heat to maximize the nutritional potency. The TeamThe Rhythm Superfoods team is a lean, mean, snack-loving machine!
