Pepper lovers adore it. Voatsiperifery pepper, also called Madagascan wild pepper, is a variety of pepper that grows wild in southern Madagascar on lianas that can reach up to 20m in height and make picking difficult. It is a pepper offering small berries with a tail. Not very spicy, it develops captivating, woody, floral and fruity aromas.
Very versatile: for meat (poultry, pork, lamb), vegetables (potato, salads), omelette, foie gras, goat cheese. Dessert: fruit (strawberry, melon), chocolate.
