Place your salt block on the stovetop.
Set the heat to low and let the block heat at that temperature for 15 minutes.
Switch the heat to medium and let it heat for another 15 minutes.
Turn the heat to high and let the block heat for another 15 minutes.
Sprinkle a few drops of water on the salt block, and when it sizzles and immediately evaporates, youre ready to cook. Note: 1.Do not put your block directly on the heating surface to avoid damage to your block and stove. 2.Do not use it in the oven. 3.Dont use soap, and dont put it in your dishwasher! 4.After cleaning and drying, store in a cool and dry place. We recommend that you wrap the salt blocks in plastic wrap to prevent moisture buildup.
