They have been cut up into small pieces and cook on the stovetop in about 20-25 minutes and have a nice hearty texture.

Steel Cut oats are great for making a hearty oatmeal, with a nice nutty aroma and thicker texture. We believe its important to eat well, and thats why our oat canisters are filled with only organic and non-GMO whole grain oats
