Please keep in mind that the warm-up process should be performed in a known 'clean' environment to achieve accurate results.Q: How close does the detector need to be to detect leaking gas from a natural gas pipeline?A: Generally 1-5cm, depending on the severity and concentration of the gas leak.Q: Can the sensors be replaced?A: We do not sell sensors separately.

If you find that the sensor is no longer working within three years from the date of purchase, please get in touch with us.Q: What is the difference between a gas monitor and a gas leak detector?A: Gas monitors are used for continuous gas leak monitoring to monitor the air state in a large space, but they are unable to pinpoint the exact leak point.

The gas leak detector is used to locate the source of the gas leak.Q: Why doesn't the screen light up/cant be turned on?A: The first thing to check is whether the battery is installed correctly (make sure the electrodes are oriented correctly). Next, please check whether the battery voltage is sufficient, and replace two new batteries to see if the detector works properly. If the problem persists, please get in touch with us to apply for exchange service.
