Our olives are grown in a single farm in the Marrakech-Beni Mellal region. A rich soil blessed with artesian water from the Atlas mountains keeps this area lush. One of the lowest acidity levels in the world thanks to ancestral and modern farming practices. Taste Profile: Fruity, floral and ripe notes coming from the traditional Moroccan Picholine variety with a slight touch of spice, bitterness and ardence at the end.
