This is a 24 oz (1.5 lbs) bag of mixed wild and cultivated dried mushroom Pieces. These mushrooms have been sifted through a screen to create nice size pieces and then through a 1/8 screen to remove the dust. They are a perfect size to add to your cooking without having to chop them up.

The mix consists of three wild mushrooms, Porcini from Italy, Boletus Luteus from Chile and Black Trumpet from the USA and three cultivated mushrooms, Sliced Shiitake, Golden Oyster and Table Oyster mushrooms. Each variety is chosen for its unique flavor, color and texture to blend with each other and produce a delicious blend that will complement many dishes.
