A harmonious blend of Latin American Arabicas predominantly sourced from Brazil and Guatemala offering a rich taste of smooth cereal notes and honeyed sweetness. The Brazilian Arabicas are meticulously roasted separately to enhance their inherent sweet and cereal characteristics creating a robust foundation.

Meanwhile the other Arabicas are lightly roasted to preserve their delicate flavors rounding out the profile of Melozio with a balanced and nuanced finish. This careful roasting process ensures a well-rounded and satisfying coffee experience perfect for those who appreciate a smooth and flavorful cup.

The Brazilian Arabicas known for their distinctive sweet and cereal notes undergo a unique roasting process that brings out their best qualities. This separated roasting allows the beans to develop a deep rich flavor that forms the backbone of Melozio. On the other hand the Arabicas from Guatemala and other regions are lightly roasted to maintain their subtle delicate flavors.

This light roasting technique ensures that the beans retain their natural sweetness and complexity adding layers of flavor to the blend. The result is a coffee that is both rich and smooth with a delightful balance of flavors. The cereal notes from the Brazilian beans provide a comforting familiar taste while the honeyed sweetness from the lightly roasted Arabicas adds a touch of elegance.
