Bright, crisp and refreshing, lemon extract is one of the many pure flavors you can use to enhance your recipes. McCormick Culinary Pure Lemon Extract comes from the fruit's rind rather than its flesh, so it delivers a lemony flavor without the acidic taste of lemon juice. This product contains distilled lemon oil pressed from the skin of fresh lemons.

Add a few drops of McCormick Culinary Pure Lemon Extract to your recipe for a crisp citrus flavor. Try using lemon extract to add taste and color to desserts, baked goods and confections, such as custards, cookies, cheesecakes, lemon meringue pies, glazes, frostings, cakes, mousses, yogurts, sauces, muffins and breads.

You can also use it in sherbet or fish and poultry marinades. Lemon extract for baking is also perfect for elevating a cup of fresh fruit. This lemon extract is the ideal ingredient for mixing up the menu and enticing the taste buds. Use it to create a lemon pound cake with nut and fruit additions, lemon curd, lemon poppy seed baked goods, blueberry and lemon muffins or pancakes.

You can also pair it with honey, lemon and rosemary glazes for roasting meats such as ham. McCormick Culinary Lemon Flavoring has the versatility and bright, enticing flavor to inspire new menu items. It is also non-GMO, gluten-free, kosher, with no allergens or MSG added. This lemon extract will amplify the flavor profile of new culinary creations such as ice cream, frosting and beverages.

Lemon extract is kosher, which means you can safely serve it to more of your patrons. It also contains no added MSG, making it a product you can feel confident using in your professional kitchen.
