I bought this to make my own magnesium oil, but ended up liking it for soaking as well this stuff has been a miracle worker...! Life-Flo Pure Magnesium Flakes are highly concentrated crystals of magnesium chloride sourced from the ancient Zechstein Seabed in the Netherlands nothing added and nothing removed.

Because the seabed lies 1,600 to 2,000 meters beneath the surface of the earth, far from modern pollution, our Pure Magnesium Flakes come to you extremely pristine and provide numerous trace elements from ancient seawater. One cup of our Pure Magnesium Flakes contains 51g of magnesium chloride.

Add one to three cups or more to a warm bath to help relax, refresh, and rejuvenate body and mind. Life-flos products emphasize purity, quality and synergy before cost or expediency. Our products are scientifically formulated, and free of harsh chemicals (parabens), artificial colors and fragrances.

We use the latest research and technology, and manufacture in our own state-of-the-art facilities using high-quality ingredients.
