Lakewood Organic Pure Carrot Juice with Added Organic Lemon Juice has the juice from 18 to 20 fresh carrots in every bottle. This carrot juice contains 1% organic lemon juice, allowing the carrot juice to be bottled without the use of preservatives. Lemon juice lowers the pH (increases acid level) of the Carrot and allows Lakewood to bottle the product with standard low temperature flash pasteurization and without the use of preservatives.
