Meet Our Founder: In 2006, with two gluten intolerant children, Mrs. F. Katz was dissatisfied with the lacklustre gluten-free products available in stores. Her children wanted the snacks others were eating, but she needed to be sure they were gluten free, so she began experimenting at home with unique ingredients and baked tasty snacks for her family and friends.
