This finely ground Italian sea salt is blended with aromatic herbs including bay leaf, thyme, sage, fennel pollen, juniper, rosemary and lavender - a combination you might not think of to highlight the best flavors of a great steak. Have no fear. The blend is masterful. After steak try it with other meats, vegetables and or add zip a dipping oil.
