Gopals Sprouted Pumpkin Seed ButterWe soak and germinate our raw pumpkin seeds sourced from China, which removes the phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors that are naturally present in nuts and seeds. The pumpkin seeds are then dried and ground at temperatures of around 108 degrees.

The result is a light and sweet tasting organic pumpkin butter which is enzyme rich, nutrient rich and easily digested. A portion of the proceeds is given to support cow protection. Benefits of Raw and Sprouted SeedsWhen a seed or grain is sprouted, the starch within the seed is metabolised.

Because theres less starch in each sprouted grain, the proportion of protein and fiber within each seeding becomes higher and the seed becomes easier to digest and more nutritional. The sprouting process may make it easier for a body to absorb nutrients including iron, zinc, and vitamin C. Raw pumpkin seeds provide a rich source of fiber, a type of carbohydrate that aids in digestive health.

The seeds also boost your intake of protein - each ounce of seed provides almost 9 grams of protein. We use no artificial ingredients whatsoever and our facilities are completely Gluten and Peanut free.
