FOG Smoked Carnaroli Rice, produced by Gli Aironi, is designed for culinary enthusiasts looking to enhance their dishes with a unique, smoky flavor. This premium rice is particularly suited for creating traditional risotto, providing both richness and depth to a variety of meals.

This exceptional rice undergoes a meticulous 14-hour smoky aroma process using cherry wood, which infuses it with delicate woody nuances. For an exquisite finish, it can be paired with a drizzle of high-quality extra virgin olive oil, making it an ideal accompaniment to meats, seafood, and vegetables.
