It has a rich, smooth flavor, it is low in acidity and free of preservatives and artificial coloring. Vincotto Originale has been produced since 1825 by Gianni Calogiuris family from locally grown Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes in Puglia, a region of Southern Italy.
