In the heart of Vouves, stands the worlds oldest living olive tree of Vouves, estimated to be over 3,000 years old and still bearing the coveted olives. This venerable tree stands as a testament to the olive oils profound significance to the local farmers. Each year, the island of Crete bestows upon the olive trees the ideal climate and soil conditions, enabling them to yield precious olive fruit.

The olive fruit is promptly harvested and transported to state-of-the-art milling and processing facilities, where it undergoes immediate cold pressing and bottling. By employing low temperatures, we preserve the traditional flavor and exceptional quality of our olive oil. The resulting olive oil boasts a distinct peppery flavor and the fruitiness characteristic of authentic Cretan Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
