About this item

A warm rinse is often enough in normal use. Machine wash regularly at med temp using little detergent. Rinse well. If too much detergent is used performance may be reduced, in which case hot wash with no detergent.

Cloth will benefit from periodic hot wash at high temp or sterilizing by boiling in water. Tumble or hang dry. DO NOT use bleach which damages the fibers or fabric conditioner which inhibits performance. If used rewash with a little detergent.

Color may run. Wash new cloths separately

Common questions

AUTHENTICITYIs this the maker's own product?

Yes. Every product is bought new in the USA from the brand or an established US grocer, and if one is ever found not to be genuine, we refund you in full.

DELIVERYHow long does delivery take?

3 to 4 days door to door for this item, including the time we take to place your order with the brand or retailer. Every parcel travels with a carrier tracking number.

PRICINGWhat does the price include?

Nothing is added at checkout: there is no shipping charge. Every price is for the whole package, never a cost per serving.

ALLERGENSWhere are the ingredients and allergens?

We show the ingredients and allergen statement the maker publishes. Recipes change, so the label on the package you receive always governs: read it before you open or eat anything.

RETURNSWhat if it arrives damaged or past its date?

Email photographs to hello@kitchenspread.com within 7 days of delivery and we refund the full amount or send a replacement at no cost. Food cannot be resold once delivered, so change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted.
