Dolci di Maria / Dolci means "sweets" in Italian Dolci means "sweets" in Italian. I am inspired by my Italian heritage to create desserts that are perfectly balanced in texture and taste. Everything is freshly baked with natural and organic ingredients. Dolci di Maria was founded as a result of my efforts to create an extra-special dessert for my son when he was put on a gluten and dairy free diet.

I did not want him to miss out, so I started experimenting with dessert recipes until I came up with the perfect combination of ingredients to create these delicious gluten free biscotti. Dolci di Maria is a small family owned business operating out of Asheville, NC.
