It is a well-designed oil obtained limited availabilityly from Italian olives. It is notable for its golden yellow colour with green highlights and fruity olive fragrance. On the palate it is harmonious and very pleasant with a slight hint of almonds.

In the kitchen: It is ideal for bringing out the flavour of first courses vegetables soups pulses roasts and grilled meat.
