Generally speaking, there are three main methods used to extract juice from fruit when making pure juice products. The first method involves melting the peel with chemicals and then squeezing the remaining parts. The second method is to squeeze the entire fruit-including both the outer and inner peel-either by hand or with a machine.
The third method squeezes only the inner part of the fruit after manually removing the outer peel. Needless to say, the first method is not ideal. However, even the second and third methods have drawbacks. When juice is extracted along with the peel, astringent and oily substances from the peel are also mixed into the juice.
This product is exceptional. Using a uniquely developed machine, only the pulp is carefully extracted. This process allows the pure, distinctive flavor of the fruits pulp to be captured-without any bitterness or oiliness from the peel. Compare and taste the difference.
