Castelines: is an estate bottled and produced extra virgin olive oil from les baux in southern France. A Provencal style oil that is early hand harvested and cold pressed. With aromas of cut grass and flavors of artichokes and almonds this oil has the perfect amount of pepperiness to lend a long lasting flavor.

This premier oil has won numerous prizes including an exceptional score of 95 in the 2011 flos olei (the highly regarded guide to the world best extra virgin olive oils and the first guide dealing on an international scale with world extra virgin olive oils, strictly selected by a panel of expert tasters).
