Bond-ost is a cows milk cheese, where the milk is curdled, heated, cut, salted, stirred, pressed into forms, and immersed into brine for a day or two, the new cheese is ripened for six to eight weeks. Sometimes, as with this cheese, the Bond-ost is mixed with caraway seeds. This will sent in 2 halves or a whole wheel depending on what we receive from our supplier.
