The Pimento sauce is the mildest with little or no heat, but BIG on flavour without fail. Pimento Peppers are the Trinidad seasoning pepper.

This sauce delivers just what you need. It is is put on practically everything that needs some flavour. Stews, curries, roasts, BBQ, black pudding, you name it.
