For this prize of Timana weve found what we feel a true representation of this region in Colombia - a cup that wont disappoint classic Colombian coffee fans, but still full of surprises.

We then decaffeinate through the gentle Swiss Water Process in Vancouver B.C., a natural water and carbon filter method.
