Discover the secret behind deep, satisfying flavor in Japanese cooking: umami. Ajinomoto Ajipanda Umami Seasoning is a classic monosodium glutamate (MSG) flavor enhancer, developed by Ajinomoto to highlight the natural savoriness already present in your ingredients. Derived from the amino acid glutamic acid, the same source of umami found in kombu (kelp), its a simple way to make home-cooked meals taste more full-bodied and restaurant-quality.

Packaged in a handy 70g Ajipanda shaker bottle, this seasoning is easy to keep on your table or near the stove. Just a small pinch goes a long way-add during cooking or finish dishes with a light sprinkle to bring out the best in soups, stews, stir-fries, fried rice, ramen, noodles, eggs, vegetables, dumplings, and more.

Made in Japan by Ajinomoto, a global leader in umami research and seasonings, Ajipanda is a simple pantry staple that fits seamlessly into everyday cooking. If you love bold, savory flavor and want to elevate your dishes with minimal effort, this is the bottle to keep within arms reach.

Suggested use: Start with about 1/4 teaspoon per 2 servings, adjusting to taste. Because Ajipanda is concentrated, you only need a small amount.
